• What happens at the end of my free trial?

  At the end of the 14 day free trial of the teams tier, your account will revert to the free tier.

  This means some of the features you may have used will go away unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

  The free tier is limited to a single data source (cloud account) and has other limitations.

• What is your refund policy?

  Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Hava Pty Ltd on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Hava Pty Ltd.

• Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

  Yes, you can change plans at any time via your account console.

  Changing plans will trigger pro rata charges or credits in relation to the remainder of the current billing cycle.

  You can change plans once during a single billing cycle. If you need to change more than once, you can contact support.

• What features are on the free trial?

  All Hava features are included in the free 14 day trial.

  You'll get access to the Teams tier which includes :

  • Daily Sync to auto update diagrams

  • Projects

  Once the free trial expires, you can either subscribe to one of the paid plans or downgrade to the free tier.

• Do you require a credit card for a free trial?

  No, you can take a free trial without entering a credit card.

  At the end of the trial period, if you move forward with a paid subscription, you will need to enter credit card details which are securely processing by Stripe.

  For annual plans you can request an invoice if your business does not have credit card facilities.

• Is there a free trial of Self-Hosted?

  Unfortunately there is no free trial of the self hosted deployment. We suggest performing a proof of concept with the SaaS version and demo data.

  Organisations that require self hosted due to governance, data geo location or security restrictions should book a discovery call to discuss your requirements.
